Fee Schedule

We offer full day and short day care for children aged 2 to 6 years old.

Full Day: (7.30am – 5.30pm) Minimum of 2 days booking

Short Day: (8.30am – 3.30pm) Minimum of 2 days booking

• The fees outlined above are after the deduction of the 20 Hours ECE subsidy.
• Our fee includes nutritious morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, lower teacher: child ratios, and our parent portal app Storypark.
• Enrolment fee: $50, payable at the time of enrolment. This is a one-off, non-refundable fee and does not form part of the weekly fee.
• Enrolling in advance: one week’s fees are payable to secure your child’s place. This becomes your first week’s fees and is not refundable if you no longer need the place.
• All fees are GST inclusive and must be paid in advance by direct credit or bank debit. The weekly fee is due on the Monday, or before the week starts. Fortnightly payment can be arranged provided the account stays one week in advance. The centre does not hold eftpos or banking facilities.
• Fees overdue by more than 2 weeks may incur a 10% penalty, and any collection costs will be charged to your account.
• Holiday discount: 4 weeks per year at 50% of fees on full weekly bookings, applied pro-rata for part-week bookings. Available once your child has been enrolled for a year, with fees kept within payment terms. Two weeks’ written notice required.
• Late pickup fee: $20 per child for each 15 minutes or part thereof for the first late pickup in a month, then $25 per 15 minutes for any further late pickups that month.
• Two weeks’ written notice is required to change or end a booking. Please also advise Work and Income if it applies.
• Work and Income NZ subsidies are available for eligible families. Full fees are payable until the subsidy is approved, and any overpayment is credited to your account.
